These Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) apply to the use of the 20% discount code promoted by approved channels for ticket purchases to FRAMELESS London. By accessing or using the Promotional Code, customers agree to be bound by these Offer Terms, the standard FRAMELESS Terms & Conditions of Entry, and Universe’s Ticketing Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Redemption
1.1 The discount is only applicable when using the dedicated Promotional Code.
1.2 The offer is valid on standard on-the-door admission tickets, bookable in advance online for visits to FRAMELESS Monday to Sunday when open. Adult, and Child and Family tickets are included.
1.3 Discounted tickets must be selected at the time of purchase during checkout.
1.4 Discounted Child tickets may only be purchased when accompanied by a paid Adult ticket or an Essential Carer ticket within the same transaction. This condition does not apply to Family tickets.
1.5 Tickets must be purchased in advance online and are subject to availability.
1.6 The offer applies only to transactions settled in Great British Pounds (GBP) via the Promotional Code.
2. Discount Details
2.1 The discount provides up to 20% off the standard price on-the-door admission tickets. If FRAMELESS varies its general sale ticket prices during the promotional period, the discount will be calculated from the standard on-the-door base price.
2.2 Transaction fees will apply and are not subject to discount.
2.3 Café Bar and Gift Shop purchases are excluded from this offer.
2.4 The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher, concession, package, experience or promotion.
3. Ticket Types
This promotion is valid on Standard Adult, Standard Child and Family tickets only. All other ticket types are excluded.
4. Operational Conditions

4.2 FRAMELESS reserves the right to close or vary opening hours where necessary for operational, safety or maintenance reasons.
4.3 FRAMELESS reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this offer at any time within the promotional period without reason.
4.4 All bookings are subject to availability.
5. Ticket Validity & Usage
5.1 Tickets purchased using the Promotional Code are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except as permitted under FRAMELESS’s standard policies.
5.2 Tickets purchased from third-party or unofficial resellers are not valid and will not permit entry.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Personal data supplied during the ticket purchase process will be processed in accordance with the FRAMELESS Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
7. General Provisions
7.1 Use of the Promotional Code or selection of discounted tickets will be deemed acceptance of these Offer Terms.
7.2 FRAMELESS’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3 Nothing in these Offer Terms affects your statutory rights.
