Audio Described Tours

FRAMELESS can arrange immersive, multi-sensory audio described experiences (in English) for blind and visually impaired visitors. A dedicated guide narrates the visuals alongside the music, with headsets provided for enhanced support.

Carer Tickets

You can add a free carer ticket alongside a paid adult or child ticket during the regular checkout process. When booking a free carer ticket, you may be required to show ID upon arrival. We accept the following documents:

  • Attendance Allowance Letter (AA)
  • Carers’ Allowance Letter of Award
  • Disability Living Allowance Letter (DLA)
  • Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
  • Valid Blue Badge
