We offer British Sign Language (BSL) tours, enhanced support at designated times, and a range of communication tools, including Sign Live tablets and Makaton cards. Our team have undertaken deaf awareness training and are always on hand to assist.

We look forward to welcoming you to FRAMELESS.

As part of our commitment to being an accessible venue, FRAMELESS have partnered with SignLive, a free British Sign Language interpreter app.
If you are a BSL user, you can use SignLive to connect to us via an Interpreter. Just log in to the SignLive app on iOS, Android, or a web browser and find us in the Community Directory. When you call, ask the Interpreter to connect you to the Learning & Access Team.
You can access SignLive via their app, website www.signlive.co.uk, or by emailing them at hello@signlive.co.uk.

Our British Sign Language (BSL) tours, suitable for visitors who are d/Deaf or hard of hearing, are hosted by a dedicated British Sign Language guide who leads groups through FRAMELESS while conveying the mood and tone of the music in the Galleries for visitors.
While we don’t have any upcoming BSL tours scheduled, register your interest by joining our waitlist below, and you’ll be the first to hear when new dates are released.
